Report: Addressing Anti-Black Racism at Temerty Medicine

The evidence is clear and has been for quite some time: there are structural inequities and system-level biases across the continuum of medical education that act as barriers to the recruitment, retention and advancement of Black people in medicine. The purpose of this report is to provide an accounting of current and future actions to address and dismantle anti-Black racism at Temerty Medicine, with a particular focus on the MD Program and Postgraduate Medical Education.
